Monday update
I was hoping to get an early release of this finished today, but it's still pretty buggy in a lot of situations (and I need to redraw her hand a bit), so here's a quick preview for now:
On the plus side, I think mouse control for her hand with click and hold to move her head seems to work quite well, and I might be able to combine that with a partial auto control. That will need some new handjob specific actions, but I'll upload a release next Sunday even if the auto mode isn't completely polished.

I've got a request, for long term:
at some point, you will probably need to rework the audio files: some have reverb on it, and others don't.
In other therms, the audio files haven't been recorded in the same acoustic, and it gives a strange feeling.
And maybe somme cross-fades between them, in certain cases/transitions would be helpfull to give coherence to the audio.
And I'm not shure the panning to be very usefull, more disturbing than anything else, for me.
A simple thing, if this is possible in flash, would be to add a gentle reverb (real-time) over the actual audio.
It would, at the same time, minimize differences betwen non-reverbered and reverbered sounds, soften transitions betwen sounds, and give a more realistic panning feeling.

The amount of work re-drawing, and then creating the flash objects, and then also redrawing him and doing the same for the girl, and then the flash objects for both. Could I please ask if it has ever crossed your mind to make a 'story mode' or 'campaign mode'?
One thing I've thought of is to have a group of girls (friends maybe) each of different personality, abilities, etc. who collectively have some kind of agenda, axe to grind, goal to meet, etc.
Naturally, the story revolves around them getting on their knees to achieve whatever purpose they've set out to accomplish. (adopting BJ's as the weapon of choice for whatever reason: they either really like doing it and/or eventually learn to like it).
Each guy-girl 'session' would have different challenges and would need to be met in order for campaign/story progression. The game could even have an 'xp' system where earned points could be spent on upgrading/unlocking/improving the individual team members' physical and psychological traits (i.e. improvements to initial resistance, mouth/throat width (stretching as ther experience grew), how long they can hold their breath, saliva production (affecting speed), handjob/titjob unlocks, kinkyness (affecting her visible mood and guy arousal levels), extra dialogue options during sessions, earning money for things like makeup, clothes, breast augmentation, hair-do's, jewelry and other story related expenses.)
The general storyline might start out in their hometown (possibly expanding to other areas later), with the first few sessions purely to introduce each of the girls. Then, as the storyline is introduced, successive sessions would be made available as the girls' xp, talents, clothing, abilities and/or game checkpoints were completed/met.
I would see it working as a kind of isometric view of each location, with multiple places for the girls to visit and explore. This way it would function as a kind of 'adventure game' where the player would assume the role of a single member of the group at any given time (depending on what chapter of the game the player's in) and explore the various locations looking for 'leads' and game events (kinda like in the Monkey Island series).

I think Kona would be against this idea, simply because I think it wants to develop the game as he sees fit. If he had a team, they'd unconsciously make demands of him to do this or to do that, preventing him from doing what he wants to do with it... though it might be nice to make more of the stuff available for guys like sby or modguy to be able to make better and more powerful mods.

Delete1- there's tons of hair imports on the forum. Just look for it on the right sidebar, then ctrl+f hair imports or just imports. You can also download a .rar that's compiled by the admin. It weighs a gig or so and it's filled with pretty much every import the fanbase has made.
2- if I'm understanding you correctly, only thing you need to do to save your characters is, simply, saving a backup from the Modding tab. There's another button to import said backup. Just remember one thing though: if you launch another version, everything is deleted - that means your characters too (but not the backup), even if you load the previous version again.
Therefore, before switching to newer versions of the game, save a backup of your characters and then launch the new version, and then import.
